Sparkling Tatty Teddy

I last entered a ProMarker challenge in July 2013 and thought it was high time I had another go. This afternoon I coloured in a wooden stamp that predates even my last challenge attempt – it’s from 2011. This week’s challenge at Passion for ProMarkers is ‘sparkle and shine’. I’ve used ProMarkers to colour the image and added sparkle with Stickles and a wee bit of shine on the nose with Glossy Accents.

Used for this card

  • Memento Tuxedo Black ink
  • Docrafts Tatty Teddy stamp: Dressing Up
  • Winsor & Newton ProMarkers: Cool Grey 1-4, Lavender, Orchid, Oatmeal, Apricot, Denim Blue
  • Ranger Stickles: Lavender, Stardust
  • Ranger Glossy Accents

It’s worth noting that most of my ProMarkers are at least 10 years old, and I reckon they are still useable due to my airtight storage solution. The alcohol smell as I lift the lid is testament to the amount that manages to seep out of a capped pen!

  1. oooh, that’s fun – and something of a surprise! Didn’t know about the ‘Passion for Promarkers’ – which is somewhat ironic as there are (genuinely) hundreds of them in my stash ….. I have a Santa Tatty Teddy, may I pinch-and-adapt your design for my children’s cards-for-charity for next year? :O)

    • Pinch-and-adapt away! I don’t have the Santa one, but I do have another holding gifts and one with a bunch of flowers. Hope you find inspiration on the challenge blog.

  2. So stunning , adorable sweet image and I love your cas design and sparkle.
Thanks for joining in my theme this week at PFP 😀
