Another relatively quick project with Craft Label goodies – North Star Stars. Using the First Edition North Star 6×6″ paper pad, I have cut out six/five spikes (three per sheet) and through folding and fiddly sticking have constructed these hanging stars. I’ve used two of the pearlescent designs (hard to see the shiny finish in the pic) and then two different pages for the alternating patterned star:

And a quick note to self – when renewing acquaintance with a cutting machine (in this case my Silhouette Curio) double-check the blade settings… I was merrily cutting away not realising I was cutting through not just the cardstock but the cutting mat as well. A cool £15 to replace. The machine did make quick work of the cutting and scoring though!
