Day Six: what happens when you mix zigzags with curvaceous lines? Fans and peacock tails! Or at least that’s what happened when I tried it late one evening… I think the shading makes this one zing.
Tomorrow’s final dose of daily tangle goodness: ‘Rokpool’.
I do like it! It is beautiful. But if it were not sideways, I might be able to copy it easier. I have been working on it for 2 hours now. Giving up for awhile. Any chance you will turn it so the fans are going up? I think I could do it then.
Have a go printing the pattern out and turning it 90 degrees – that will make the pattern vertical. Hope that helps 🙂
yep, if I only had a printer. but friends do, and I will ask one of them. I love your tangles. Keep up the good work.
I thought about turning my laptop on its side. lol
You should also be able to save the picture to your hard drive and then rotate it in the default image editor for your operating system.
The trick I found is unlike other tangles like this one ..is to keep your line in the same column- it is a very small zigzag, then skip a column- that is what I was doing wrong anyway!Thought it might help!
