Ok, so I wasn’t a child in the sixties, but Flower Power inspired this entry into the Passion for Promarkers Challenge Week 99. The stamped images were from a set of clear stamps from Woodware, with the border and text drawn freehand. I just love the bright colours, not a palette I normally use!
Pens used:
Magenta/Pumpkin/Canary/Aegean/Emerald/Royal Blue/Cool Aqua
The border was created by drawing vertical overlapping lines of the various colours in different thicknesses and then cutting widths from it. I mitred the corners for neatness, but might have been better to square them off instead. The text was written freehand with the magenta pen, and then outlined with black Noodler’s Ink once dry. The flowers in the border area were outlined first and coloured in once the black ink was dry.
