  1. Lovely patterns, I look forward to playing with them! Thank you for sharing. I will have to bookmark your site. 😉

  2. Your designs are…drop…dead…gorgeous!
Thank you so much for sharing your skill and art with others, you are so so generous!
Beautiful work, and you must be very sharp in order to deconstruct patterns in your mind! Or however you do it, to make the instructions fit in 6 boxes or less!

  3. I just found your site although I have been doing zentangle for about a year. You have the most beautiful patterns I have ever seen. Wow. I’m busy incorporating them into my obsessive tangling (just ask my family).

  4. What pens would you recommend? Im currently using Rymans black fineliners, which seem pretty ok but would love some advice if there is something better.

    • Hi Jan – welcome to the wonderful world of tangling! I use any pigment based fine liner/technical pen. The Copic outliners have replaceable ink and nibs. Sakura make the ‘official’ pens. Aim to find something comfortable to use that has good ink flow, fixed width tip, and is permanent and lightfast when dry. And Leicester not all that far from Notts 🙂

  5. I’m a recently trained CZT and stumbled upon your site. Love your work. Would love to sign on to your mailing list…. Not sure if what I’m filling out does the trick. Please let me know if you need more info.

    Keep up the great work!

  6. LOVE these! And you are so generous to share them all. Thanks so much! I just got addicted myself so am just starting out. I subscribed to the blog. Well done, you!

  7. Of all the tangles out there, I am always so attracted to yours- the precise geometric theme with a taste of organic shapes and flowing movement- I see Art Nouveau, Illuminated scrolls, delicate and under-noticed carvings from cathedrals… Please keep working and sharing, you are an inspiration to so many of us!

  8. OMG you should have had this made into a book and sold. These are better than alot of the books I have purchased. TY for sharing!!! I am going to sign up. I can’t get the ones I really want copied tonight. I have been Pinning to much today:) That’s how I found you 🙂

  14. I would like to thank you for all the wonderful tangle patterns you have figured out how to draw over the years (2010-current). I have gathered a lot of them in my own private stash, along with many others from the internet. You must be ‘getting up there’ in age at this point and so I just wanted to thank you kindly for all the fun you’ve had and that you shared a whole bunch with all of us, too. (See ya in Heaven…)
